Three Ways We Work

No two events are the same, and our clients' needs vary as much as the events themselves.  So we've created three different service packages to help bring your next event to life. 

EVENT HELPER

You know how to throw a great party (or perhaps even your daughter's wedding), but on the big day, you want to just enjoy your guests, not be distracted by all those last minute design details and logistics.  As an Event Helper we meet with you 1-2 times throughout your preparation to see what you've got planned and offer any assistance we can. Then on the day before the event and the day of, we are your right hand, or rather, your personal swat team, to pull it all off stress-free. That means while you're greeting your guests and sipping a cocktail, we are taking care of everything behind the scenes. 

EVENT PARTNER

Sometimes the best approach is to divide and conquer. As an Event Partner, we meet with you up front and see which facets of design and coordination you don't want to shoulder, and then take those things right off your plate. Maybe you just need someone to manage all the signage and graphics for the event. Maybe it's the venue selection and permitting you don't want to bother with. Or perhaps you want some help selecting a theme and brainstorming decor or your event's run of show. However you want to slice it, we'll come alongside and make it happen. 

EVENT PLANNER

This is our full-service, dream-it-up-and-leave-the-rest-to-us package. That's not to say we won't be collaborating with you along the way. We will. Up front we'll hear all of your ideas and goals, and design a plan to deliver a memorable event on time and on budget. Whether it's a corporate luncheon for your clients, a 50th anniversary for your parents, or an annual fundraiser for your school, we deliver beautiful and seamlessly executed events large and small for our clients.
